Thank you for supporting and shopping with IGZOTICSHOP. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Delays: Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or carrier delays). We strive to notify customers promptly in such situations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: TBC
Standard International Shipping: flat rate as quoted at checkout 5-10 business days
Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and shipping times are only estimates.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

Shipping Providers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS,  Shipping methods will be selected based on your location and order weight.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Igzoticshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Lost or Damaged Packages
Igzoticshop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at igzoticllc@gmail.com . We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed, and any additional shipping charges due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
